Vertical braiders
The O.M.A. 170 series vertical axis braiding machines represent an excellent solution for all those applications which require an intermediate bobbin capacity between the 140 and 190 series, but maintaining many of the typical features of the 190 at a lower cost and higher speed.
Particularly indicated for the production of thermoplastic, PTFE and rubber hoses using high resistance brass-coated steel wires, stainless steel wires or textile yarns, as well as for the production of copper braids or electrical cable shielding.
The O.M.A. 170 series braiding machines are available with an innovative electronic control or with pitch change gears limited to the 12, 16 and 24 carrier versions.
