Vertical braiders
The vertical braiders of the 190 series have been developed for the manufacturing of rubber, thermoplastic and PTFE hose reinforced with high carbon and stainless steel wire, as well as textile yarns.
Taking advantage of the quick carrier set up change over, these machines are also suitable for shielding of electrical conduits and the production of flat electrical ground cables.
In fact, the 190 carrier is supplied with a quick release tensioning head that allows for bobbin replacement without the need of any tools. The carrier can also be easily retrofitted from single to double threading for a wider range of tensions.
Tensions typically vary from 2 to 18 kg.
Braiders of the 190V series can be supplied right or left hand or alternatively with extraction from the back. A large variety of options is available for the highest level of customization possible.
